1. Purpose
This policy protects people, public sources, connected providers, and the reliability of LeadRx. It applies to product access, automation, imports, exports, communication features, and attempts to interact with the service.
2. Lawful and authorized use
Use LeadRx only for lawful, authorized business purposes. Follow privacy, marketing, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, anti-discrimination, and communication laws, along with the terms of connected providers and sources.
3. Outreach and suppression
Do not use LeadRx for spam, harassment, deceptive messages, unlawful profiling, or communication that ignores a recipient's opt-out. Suppression and unsubscribe controls must not be bypassed. A public business listing does not by itself establish consent for every channel or jurisdiction.
4. Data and source conduct
Do not upload unlawfully obtained data, sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the workflow, credentials, payment card data, or content that infringes another person's rights. Do not use LeadRx to circumvent source restrictions or technical controls.
5. Security abuse
Do not probe, scan, exploit, disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited, introduce malicious code, defeat rate limits, access another workspace, or attempt to obtain secrets. Good-faith security research must follow the responsible reporting guidance.
6. Platform integrity
Do not resell unauthorized access, create deceptive accounts, evade usage limits, generate abusive load, scrape the LeadRx service itself, or use automation that materially degrades the product or providers.
7. High-impact decisions
Do not use LeadRx as the sole basis for decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, healthcare, legal eligibility, or another high-impact domain. The product is designed for business research and human review, not automated eligibility decisions.
8. Enforcement
Tellbyte LLC may investigate, limit, or suspend activity that appears unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or inconsistent with an agreement. Where reasonable, the response should consider severity, intent, impact, history, and whether the issue can be corrected.
9. Report abuse
Report suspected abuse through the contact page. Include the relevant workspace, route, record, date, and a concise description without sharing unnecessary personal data.
