This is a working privacy notice for the LeadRx private beta. It is provided for product planning and review and is not represented as final legal advice. Tellbyte LLC expects to update this notice as the product, vendors, jurisdictions, and public launch model are finalized.
2. Scope
This notice describes how Tellbyte LLC may handle information in connection with the LeadRx marketing website, private beta application, support interactions, and related services. A separate agreement or data processing addendum may apply to a particular customer or processing activity.
3. Information we may collect
Account and workspace information
Name, work email, authentication identifiers, company, workspace membership, role, settings, and subscription or trial state.
Customer and product content
Search criteria, discovery jobs, business records, lists, notes, feedback, campaign drafts, suppression records, imports, exports, and other content a user submits or creates.
Usage and device information
Product events, feature use, approximate location derived from network information, browser and device characteristics, diagnostic logs, request identifiers, and security events.
Communications
Messages, support requests, beta feedback, security reports, and information provided through forms or meetings.
4. Sources of information
Information may come directly from users and customers, from connected service providers at the user's direction, from public business pages and websites, from product telemetry, and from service providers that support hosting, authentication, communication, analytics, or security. LeadRx should preserve source context where it is important to the product record.
5. How information may be used
- Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
- Create and manage accounts, workspaces, trials, and product access.
- Process customer instructions and display customer-created research and lists.
- Communicate about support, security, product updates, and beta participation.
- Monitor abuse, enforce agreements, comply with law, and protect rights and safety.
- Analyze aggregate product use and evaluate product quality without inventing customer claims.
6. How information may be disclosed
Information may be disclosed to service providers acting under instructions, to a connected provider when a user authorizes an integration, within a customer's workspace according to configured access, in a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards, or when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety. LeadRx should not publicly describe customer content as a testimonial without authorization.
7. Public business information
LeadRx organizes publicly visible business information and user-directed research. Public availability does not make information perfectly accurate, permanent, or free of legal obligations. Customers remain responsible for reviewing the source, verifying important details, and using information lawfully.
8. Retention
Information should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the service, account administration, security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and legitimate business needs. Final retention periods will depend on data type, workspace controls, contractual requirements, and production architecture.
9. Security
LeadRx uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Current security direction and important boundaries are described on the Security page.
10. Choices and requests
Depending on location and applicable law, a person may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection. Workspace administrators may also control certain customer data. Use the privacy contact path to make a request. Identity and authority may need to be verified before action is taken.
11. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than the user's own. Before public launch, Tellbyte LLC expects to document relevant transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards for the production vendor set.
12. Children
LeadRx is a business product and is not directed to children. The service should not be used to intentionally collect personal information from children.
13. Changes and contact
